ADV. NIKHIL DONGRE
Nikhil Dongre is the founder partner of D.W.Legal Services LLP. He qualified as an advocate in 2017 from D.E.S. Law College, Pune and has been practicing as an advocate since 2017. Before co-founding the firm, Nikhil worked at the chambers of Adv. Vijay Limaye in Pune (2017- 18) and at the chambers of Adv. Shailendra S. Kanetkar in Mumbai (2018 -22). Nikhil has been practicing at the Bombay High Court since 2018 on the Appellate as well as the Original Side. He completed his LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London in 2023. He has an extensive experience in the field of Arbitration and High Court Litigation, with expertise in the field of Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation.
Nikhil has appeared before various courts in Pune and Mumbai, including District Court, High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Co-operative Courts/ tribunals, Consumer courts, National Green Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal. Nikhil regularly appears before the Bombay High Court as an arguing counsel.

Abishek Wakhle is a distinguished lawyer with a comprehensive educational background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from DES Law College, Pune, and a Master’s degree in Law from TC Bernie School of Law, The University of Queensland, Australia. His Master’s degree has a focus on Alternate Dispute Resolution and International Commercial Law. In addition to his academic qualifications, he is a trained mediator specializing in Alternate Dispute Resolution in International Disputes.
